We want your Crown Crest order to arrive safely and with as little fuss as possible.

That's why we use Royal Mail Tracked 24, providing tracking information and delivery updates so you can follow your order on its way to you.

Order Processing & Dispatch

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders within one working day.

Orders placed after 2:00 pm will normally be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

Orders placed during weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed when normal business operations resume.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Royal Mail Tracked 24

Our standard UK delivery service is Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Royal Mail aims to deliver parcels on the next working day after dispatch, although delivery times may vary depending on your location and operational conditions.

Please note that Tracked 24 is not a guaranteed next day delivery service.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive confirmation with your tracking details.

You can follow your parcel's progress through Royal Mail's tracking service and check for delivery updates.

Delivery Charges

Applicable delivery charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Delivery Delays

Although we aim to dispatch orders promptly, occasional delays can occur due to bank holidays, adverse weather, busy delivery periods or circumstances beyond our control.

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us through our Contact Us page so we can investigate.

Delivery Addresses

Please check that your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help before dispatch, although changes cannot always be made once a parcel has entered the delivery network.
